Shoaib Khan

Shoaib Khan is a Founding Partner at Mishpat Legal and an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, with expertise in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. As a lead Arguing Counsel, he has secured significant rulings published in esteemed journals such as Supreme Court Cases (SCC), Delhi Law Times (DLT), and others.

He currently serves as Legal Counsel to the Delhi Waqf Board, Government of NCT Delhi, and as Legal Head at JVM Pay, where he brings his extensive litigation and advisory experience to complex legal challenges.

In addition to his practice, Shoaib is deeply committed to legal education and mentorship. He has contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Hamdard Institute of Legal Studies & Research (HILSR), Jamia Hamdard University, and has adjudicated prestigious Moot Court Competitions across India. He is frequently invited as a chair and panelist to share his insights on pressing legal issues.
